I’m sure it had an influence on me: I never wore anything but at least a 4-inch heel to work (even while commuting; even while pregnant with twins) until the pandemic. And I guess, well, here I am, still working in the media today.

PEOPLE magazine’s “Most Beautiful Week Ever” is their annual celebration of beauty in all its forms—spotlighting celebrities, public figures, and everyday individuals who embody confidence, kindness, and charisma. The playful headline “The Fun’s Not Over” signals that this isn’t just about glamour shots; it’s about joy, personality, and the stories behind the faces.

Over the years, PEOPLE has used this feature to highlight not only Hollywood stars but also athletes, musicians, and even inspiring non-celebrities, making it a cultural moment that blends entertainment with lifestyle. It’s less about perfection and more about celebrating beauty as something vibrant and diverse.
