Tehran Warns US of ‘Catastrophic Consequences’ for Violating Hormuz Ceasefire

 Indian Sailor Killed After Cargo Dhow Capsizes Near Hormuz

A cargo dhow carrying general goods and crewed by 18 Indian nationals has capsized near the Strait of Hormuz after a fire broke out onboard.

All crew members were rescued by a passing vessel, but one Indian sailor died in the incident while four others suffered burn injuries, according to officials. The injured crew members are currently receiving treatment in Dubai and are reported to be in stable condition.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation. Officials from the Indian consulate met the rescued crew shortly after the incident and are coordinating with the dhow’s owner while providing assistance to the affected nationals.

Israel Says 85 Hezbollah Targets Hit Across Lebanon

The Israel Defense Forces says it has carried out strikes on 85 sites linked to Hezbollah across multiple areas of Lebanon.

According to the Israeli military, the targets included weapons storage facilities, rocket launchers and buildings allegedly used for military purposes. The strikes form part of a broader escalation in operations along the Lebanon front.

The military also claimed that Hezbollah fired rockets towards Israeli troops operating in southern Lebanon over the past day. According to the statement, the rockets landed near Israeli forces but caused no injuries.
